Kindergarten Teachers have many funny things happening in the classroom with innocence all around them.
One such anecdote that I would love to share is about a boy in my class of KG2 called Arnav. Arnav had just joined our school in the month of April. He hailed from New Delhi and even though he went to an English medium school he chose to communicate in Hindi with me . One day we were all discussing about the animals of the world especially endangered animals. I had a beautiful map of the world with animals dotted on it. During the discussion we spoke about rhinos , crocodiles and all those animals they love to talk about. We were speaking about tigers and i threw a question to the children asking them which tiger they liked the most, was it the siberian or the indian or which???...everyone had an answer and when it was Arnav's turn he said he liked the Indian tiger the most...I asked him why ??? and he quickly answered back ......Usko Hindi aati Hogi na!!!????.....:::))))
